Conference Payment:

The conference participation fee includes: program, conference materials, meals (3x lunch&non-alcoholic beverage, dinner&bevarage, Shabbat Festive dinner&bevarage, 5x coffee breaks)

• the conference fee for international participants is 100 EUR and should be transferred to the Bet Debora bank account by the 8th of August 2019.
• the conference fee for Eastern Europe participants is 80 EUR and should be transferred to the Bet Debora bank account by the 8th of August 2019.
• the conference fee for participants from Former Yugoslavia is 40 EUR and should be transferred to the Haver Srbija bank account by the 8th of August 2019.
• day ticket including meals for international participants is 40 EUR per day and is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
• day ticket including meals for Serbian participants is 25 EUR per day and is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
• day ticket excluding meals for all participants is 20 EUR per day and is to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Conference Accommodation:

Conference participants are responsible for booking their own accommodations. We have rooms reserved in the Hotel Palace where the majority of the conference program will take place. Reservations should be made through Tamara Galac: tamara@miross.rs - not through the hotel directly.

Single room + breakfast (20 rooms, first booked first served): 95 EUR for 2 nights

Double room + breakfast: 65 EUR for 2 nights

Please specify that you are participating in our Conference when you make your reservation.

Booking

Booking will close on the 8th of August 2019. In order to be able to accept your booking you will need to make your payment by this deadline (applies to all payment options except Day tickets) and to book a hotel room with tamara@miross.rs.

Accommodation and participation cancellation policy:

Accommodation cancellation at the Hotel Palace is free of charge until 8.08.2019. If you want to cancel your reservation free of charge please inform tamara@miross.rs before this date. If you cancel after this date, you will be charged the equivalent of one night per each room that you booked.

Meals:

Meals at Hotel Palace are included in the participation fee, and vegetarian meals will be provided. Please let us know if you need a kosher meal or you have food allergies at betdebora.belgrade2019@gmail.com

Transfer from the airport in Belgrade takes about 20-25 minutes and costs approximately 18 EUR. Don’t take random taxis. After you pick up your luggage and exit, go out, there is a taxi booth where you should order a taxi. Let them know during the booking if you want to pay by credit card.
